Deals are evaluated on financials and completed on paper. What determines whether they work is whether two workforces can operate as one, and that part is usually left to sort itself out.
This engagement addresses the workforce side of integration directly: change readiness across both organizations, workforce transition planning, leadership communication support through the announcement and the months after, and alignment of the service standards and procedures that the combined organization will actually run on.
The base engagement covers assessment, planning, and the initial communication support. Integrations vary enormously in scale, so anything beyond that base is scoped and quoted during your Introductory Consultation, before you have committed to anything.
How booking works. A 25% deposit is due at booking, or you can pay in full. Your Introductory Consultation follows, where we confirm scope and fit. You then have 24 hours after that consultation to change your mind, and everything you paid is refunded, deposit included.
