We conduct the assessment independently, speaking with your people directly rather than pushing an anonymous form at them and hoping for candor. Direct contact is what makes findings specific enough to act on. What returns to you is aggregated and de-identified, so you receive the substance without any individual being identifiable.
The executive report covers what we found, what it means, and what we recommend you do about it, in priority order. Run annually, it also produces year-over-year benchmarking, so you can see whether what you changed actually worked.

How booking works. A 25% deposit is due at booking, or you can pay in full. Your Introductory Consultation follows, where we confirm scope and fit. You then have 24 hours after that consultation to change your mind, and everything you paid is refunded, deposit included.
