These Terms of Service govern your use of kelliproperties.com and participation in any Kelliproperties LLC venture, including The Receptionist, Academy, The Receptionist, Guild, The Receptionist, Agency, and Kelliproperties, Consulting.

Membership Denial, Cancellation, and Revocation

Kelliproperties LLC reserves the right to deny Guild membership to any applicant found not to meet the applicable standard, whether Guild-Approved or Guild-Committed. Membership may be canceled if any information provided during application or verification is found to be inaccurate or untruthful. Membership may be revoked at any time if the organization or its representatives violate these Terms of Service, the Employer Pledge, or the Guild Constitution.

Kelliproperties LLC further reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to deny, decline, or discontinue any application for Guild membership, Academy enrollment, Agency placement services, or Consulting engagement, for any reason or no reason, without obligation to provide explanation.

No refunds are issued in cases of denial, cancellation, or revocation under this section.

The Receptionist, Academy Training Disclaimer

Completion of training through The Receptionist, Academy does not guarantee employment, placement, or Guild certification. Certification is administered solely by The Receptionist, Guild and requires passing the Guild’s certification exam. Academy training may include optional practice exams for preparation purposes only; these do not constitute certification and carry no official standing.

The Receptionist, Agency Placement Disclaimer

Decisions made by The Receptionist, Agency regarding candidate matching and placement are independent of Academy completion or Guild membership status. Agency placement is not guaranteed by any product or membership purchased through this site.

Acceptable Use

Users of kelliproperties.com agree not to misrepresent their identity, organization, or qualifications, and not to use the site or any Kelliproperties venture for any unlawful purpose.

Changes to These Terms

Kelliproperties LLC may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or continued membership after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
