Digital Products and Memberships

Guild memberships, certifications, and other digital products are non-transferable and tied to the individual or organization that purchased them. Access to digital downloads, credentials, and member benefits is granted according to the terms described on the applicable product page.

Physical Products

Shield plaques, merchandise, and print magazine subscriptions are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Kelliproperties LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once an order has been dispatched.

Refunds

Employer Attestations

Employer-specific memberships (Guild-Committed and Guild-Approved) require an attestation at the time of purchase, as described on those product pages. By purchasing an employer membership, you agree to the terms stated there in addition to these general Terms of Purchase.
